Who Are We?

CAWm Canada – Connecting All Women, has been established with the aim to connect women from all walks of life belonging to different ethnic, educational and professional backgrounds so they can help each other grow and bring a positive change in their personal and/or professional lives.

We’re a group of women acting as a bridge to success for other women. Our purpose is to assist women in all aspects, from fulfilling their basic needs, guide them so they are able to groom themselves and upgrade their skills to empower them to reach financial stability and more.

Our Mission

To support women of all ages, from different socio-economic backgrounds, aspiring to join the workforce.
To provide women with the expertise, education, pertinent information, support for job retention/stability and advancement to better jobs.
To assist women in identifying appropriate technical training and help them obtain admissions in various courses and/or educational institutions.
To help women to identify personal strengths and address challenges they may face when seeking to enter or reenter the job market.
Provide assistance to women in determining their career and employment needs/aspirations.
To develop/support women entrepreneurs and business professional networks and provide them with learning/marketing opportunities on how to grow their business.
To develop a women-oriented network to address issues with a broader social context.
